Zoya Cynthia

Pin It Do you know when you want a polish so bad so bad and then you get it and then you don't like it ? Ok, here I introduce you Zoya Cynthia. It's a deep grayed/blackened navy blue. Very unique and beautiful color indeed but the formula is weird. Oh so weird. Maybe I got a dud bottle? The formula dries out on brush very quickly. It's just odd. And here I am frustrated :(
Do you have this color? How do you like it?

Priti NYC Dandy Dahlia

Pin It How was your Easter weekend everyone? Hope it was a good one!
Over here was really busy. I cooked for 10 people and Easter dinner was at my house. I am mastering the Easter menu and my homemade rolls was a hit!
I love having people over but I've been so busy I don't get to enjoy it a lot cause my mind is on the next thing I need to do. Bad. I know.
I had an Easter mani but don't know where I placed my flashcard :( will post pictures when I find it.
But anyways, weather is looking a lot more like Spring lately except last week we had a snow storm that came out of nowhere. It melted right away though by a shinny bright warm sun. And that calls for some bright colors on my nails!
Here I have Priti NYC Dandy Dahlia. Pictures show it to be a little too brighter than it really is in real life. It's more like a peach orange packed with fine gold shimmer to it. Sad that we can't see that on the pictures that doesn't really make justice to this polish. It's beautiful in person. I am in love with this shade. Priti NYC have really good polishes from formula, colors to application, brush. Plus, it's a 3free and non-toxic polish. Gotta love it! Read more about Priti NYC HERE.

Visit Priti NYC on Facebook.  I am still trying to get used to the new Facebook timeline and Priti NYC have one of my favorites. Head on over there and LIKE them HERE!!

Milani High Speed Fast Dry Nail Lacquer - Spring 2012

Pin It Thank goodness for weekend yayyy! I can reunite myself to my polish world and forget about my busy week.
Here I have for you Milani High Speed Fast Dry Nail Lacquer for Spring 2012. Milani comes with 8 colors for this collection. Some bright and bold stuff here besides the usual white and black.
Overall they are all great, good application, excellent formula, these one comes with a flat brush - which I really really like it and besides it says they can be one coater I still did two coats. And that is try what they claim: these polishes do dry fast. All of these swatches are with no top coat. I know, they are soooo glossy and I love it.
Milani has a special spot in my heart! I think they really know what they are doing and they want the best for their clients.
Retails price for these: $4.99 at drugstores, Target and Walmart ( yeah, there is Milani now at my Walmart and I found funny that the female working there would say to me "Hey, we got new make up and some cool nail polish from Milani, have you seen it?" That's awesome!
But anyways, let's scroll down and see the swatches.

WHITE - this is just a plain regular white. Nothing special to say here besides that it's hard to find a good creme white with good formula and this one is really good.

VIOLET DASH - an adorable purple creme.

BLACK SWIFT - it's black :) not all the black polish are good though but this one is amazing. It's saturated and like Nutella in my bread - yeah I love Nutella a lot.

RAPID CHERRY - great cherry cream red. I am in love with how pigmented these polishes are. You sure could do a one coat.

HOT PINK FRENZY - it's a bright coral pink with some shimmer to it ( the only one in this collection). It's my favorite one! This is absolutely Spring, hand down. It would look great on a pedi.

YELLOW WHIZ - this is a very basic yellow and that makes it pretty. Again I am very happy with the formula on these polishes. And consider I am not big on yellows. But this one is perfect from color to formula.
JIFFY ORANGE - this is a very bright electric orange. It's not neon but ir is super orange. This is the bold I mentioned above.
FAST FUSCHIA - and last but not least, a creme fuchsia pink. I think Milani new how to name these color very well cause they already do the color description.

Now let me know what your favorite ones are. Have you got any of these? Are you going to?

For those that  follow me on Facebook, yes I am gonna be having a giveaway with lots of goodies. So, stay tuned and leave me comments here and on my fb page :)

Happy St. Patrick's with China Glaze Glittering Garland

Pin It  Last night I pulled a bunch of green polishes to pick one for my St. Patrick's mani. Oh that was so hard. Some many pretty shades!
I find myself liking green a lot more than I imagined. I took a pic of my green stash and posted on Facebook. Got some suggestions there but I had to go with an untried one. I don't know about you but I tend to buy polish and they sit there for months until I can finally use them. Sad :( I know.
I picked China Glaze Glittering Garland, a forest green packed with green and gold micro glitters. It's gorgeous!! I know the name sounds so xmas but I had to wear that one. I actually got that polish from Sally's Beauty clearance basket for only $1.99 or $2.50, something like that, last December. I am so glad I did cause I remember back then I was hesitating on getting it or not. Dumb, yes I am. But not that much cause I brought it home right? Yay!
So back to today's mani and scrolling down to the pictures you will see what I came up with for St. Patrick's. Some stamping and some free hand strips.

This is my left hand (photo hand)

And my right hand that I haven never shown here before. So awkward to take picture of it. I am all crooked. But there you have, the designs. Big 4 leaves and little ones.

And for you to see the beautiful China Glaze Glittering Garland by itself ... I kinda regret of doing the nail art over it cause that polish is super awesome by itself, isn't it?
