Monday PAA - Glitter Bomb

For this Monday Mani from PAA FB group I honestly didnt' know what to do with the Glitter Bomb theme. I have had quite busy days lately and I was soooo tired to do my nails. Plus on top of that, me and my love wanted to go to see Harry Potter and then I was like " Wait , wait, wait". I really enjoy movies but wasn't really into Harry Potter. I am not that type of girl that get into the waves of movie series like the vampire one with Jacob and Edward thing. I even tried the books but , no not for me. However, for some reason I felt embarrassed for knowing that this current movie is actually the 8th or 9th lololo I thought it was the 4th. I had seen the 1st and 2nd though back in the days when I was in high school merging to college. Then I decided to do the Harry Potter Marathon so I can see the current and last one. I am enjoying so far but I think I like comedy better lately. I am in a fase of my life I need some good laughter.
But anyways, back to my nails, here are a few pictures and details of my Monday Glitter Bomb. Can't wait to know what the vote is for next week. I am really enjoying this. I'm just having some problems casting my vote with them. It seems I am not the only one having trouble though.

PS: My blog was acting weird this past Sunday and Monday so I'm still posting this on the day it's supposed to go,ok? Also, I am excited to be done with the giveaway and announce the winners. I am so excited for my new followers here. Welcome welcome everyone!!

BC: Essie ( this stuff prevents me really well from getting stain on my nail from dark nail polishes). Let's see this time with having black on my nails. Can you believe this is the first time I actually paint my whole nail in black? I love blaco for tips and stamping but the whole nail ... that is my first time ever.

Wednesday Pink - Fancy Zebra

I am still going on posting lolo
Today is Wednesday and pink it is!
I attemped on doing a weird comnation for me that this came out not really good. First a white base coat. I don't have a good white to paint my nails. On top of that I don't like to paint the whole nail with white cause I have never found a good formula. What's your favorite white nail polish ?
Continuing on my mess ... oh boy it took me forever to finish this mani. I decided to stamp the zebra print and then do the pink tips. Oh boy, that wasn't easy and I am not please with this at all. Then wehn i was done and went applying the top coat, SV brush came  on dragging the black over the nails. Look closer and you will see. A mess! I just had to post this cause I had nothing else to post here on my Wednesday Pink other then that.
Next week I'll to play safe lolo

Monday PAa - Sponging

Like I said last week I am gonna try a system on blogging over here. I really hope this work.
Mondays are the Monday Mani PaA. Today we all have the SPONGING theme. And I came up with this one. I posted color by color. I used a Sally Hansen HD polish. I absolutely love the formula. Not streaky at all. When I saw it at the store I was kinda reluctant about it cause I saw the brush and I didn't really thought it would be a good one. But I had to bring it home cause it on a clearance box for a dollar and something plus I had a coupon. So why not?? And now I am wondering if there were any othe HDs left in that box. I should have brought all of them. That green is so bright and pretty that it makes me smile. It's such a gorgeous holographic. I am very pleased with this mani and can't stop staring at my peacock design. What do you think? And again, sorry about my pictures. I'm still not happy with them :) If youa re reading this and do great on your nail pictures please give a hand here.

Oh my weekend

Are you having  a good weekend? I am!
I know this is a nail blog but I have to post this for you guys. Me and my lovie went to watch the movie Horrible Bosses. Such a great hilarious comedy. I totally recommend it to you. If you need a good laugh go and see it. I loved it! I also saw Bad Teacher with Cameron Diaz . Oh my gosh, it's a great entertaining movie plus I love her and it's also a funny movie. Holly cow, Hollywood is really knowing how to make good comedies. Oh, and I sould include the movie Bridesmaids to the list too. I saw it a few weeks back and laugh so hard my stomach had cramps lololo
Then my mani I was wearing all weekend long it was a simply one but still so pretty. It was inspired by Bee Beautiful. I couldn't do it straight but it came up pretty good still - I think. I had to use 2 different designs for that mani and it was kinda hard to figure out the distance for the tip. But yeah, I revisited this neutral from L.A. Colors . It's a little too sheer. I had to do 3 coats of it. But it's still a good polish for only a $1 at Dollar Tree.

RIMMEL - a dark purple

I absolutely love this dark purple eggplant color from RIMMEL. It's such a great opaque color. I know it's summer, it's been quite hot and that asks for bright fun colors but that purple was calling me. I had to try it. This bottle was one of the free ones I got ( yeah I have been telling you guys on my last posts. I actually got several bottles of them paying just for tax). Sweet , I know! And again, the formula is great. It just glides nicely on your nails along with it's brush. On the first picture you can see that it looks sparly on my thumb nail but that actually came from a residue left on my Seche Vite brush from the last time I used it. It looks cute though huh/ I might try some stuff like that next time.
